    All easyname server systems operate redundantly and are run exclusively with HP High-End Hardware of the Proliant DL380 Series.

    The data centers are located in the EU at 2 locations and connected via fiberglass.

    The Internet connection is made via redundant 10 Gigabit uplinks via the following carriers: GlobalCrossings, LambdaNet, Eurorings, Abovenet and Cogentgo. Direct connections to the DE-CIX (German Commercial Internet Exchange) and the Vienna Internet Exchanges VIX1 and VIX2 are also available

  • Strategy

    Since easyname uses to a great extent fully automated systems, it is possible to stay reasonably-priced. The customer thus enjoys a system that works around the clock in real time.

    The registration of a domain is possible within minutes, including payment and accounting.

  1. 2023

    easyname is currently number 2 on the hosting market in Austria. The company, based in Vienna, sees itself as a close partner at the side of its customers and thus as a companion to digital success.

  2. 2022

    In May 2022, easyname will take over the brands domainname.at and webspace.at. The company is thus further strengthening its core product lines of domains and hosting and taking over more than 4,000 customers of the two brands.

    In August 2022, the new easyname logo will be launched and the company's appearance will focus more on the brand's values: personal, simple and customer-focused.   3. 2021

    Since 2021, easyname has been cooperating under one roof with the Austrian digital marketing specialist Herold. Together they round off your online business perfectly.

  4. 2020

    In 2020, easyname is integrated into the dogado group and has since been planning innovative products for websites and digital marketing with the expert know-how of the entire group of companies.

    In 2020, a new product will be added to the product portfolio: VPS (virtual private server) .

    In December 2020, easyname took over the third-largest Austrian web host Sprit.org with around 8,000 customers.

  5. 2019

    In 2019, easyname will expand into Slovakia and thus open up another market.

  6. 2016

    With the help of well-designed products and the best service, easyname has established itself more and more on the Austrian market and reached the 100,000 domain mark.

    easyname is expanding its product range and, in addition to domains and web hosting, also offers a website builder (homepage construction kit). With Easy Install Apps, customers can install popular software (such as WordPress, Joomla or PrestaShop) with just a few clicks. With Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, easyname is considered a technical pioneer at this time.

    The company easyname was founded in 2005 by Florian Schicker. The easyname brand has been successful on the market since 2006.
